  1. Our service will at all times be based upon the disclosure of information received from both the client and the lender. We are not responsible for any act or omissions, resulting from the supply of inaccurate, misleading or undisclosed facts and or data.
  2. We do not guarantee our clients will receive compensation , and or a fixed sum of compensation and or damages. Compensation and or damages, anticipated or received will depend upon the individual circumstances of each individual case.
  3. Allocation of clients to No Win , No Fee, or to the Financial Ombudsman Service, will be at our discretion and based on the individual facts of each case. In all cases a Consumer Protection Report will be generated.
  4. We endeavour but can not guarantee to produce an initial report within 4 weeks of receiving a reply from your lender.
  5. You have the right to cancel your Consumer Protection Check at any time, however the administration fee of £29.99 will still apply.
