What happens next?
Once you have successfully registered your loan with us, and paid your administration fee of £29.99. We will confirm the purchase of your Consumer Protection Document Check, and activate your account immediately.
Will I have to contact my lender ?
No, there is no requirement for you to contact your lender. This service is taken care of by the Claim it Back team. Upon activation of your account you will receive a form of authority to complete that will allow us to deal with your Lender directly, taking all the stress away from yourselves.
How long does the process take?
We aim to provide a full report of all potential “No Win , No Fee claims and or Financial Ombudsman Complaints, within 4 weeks of receiving your signed authority to your lender. This can sometimes take longer depending on the time the lender takes to respond, either way we will keep you updated at 4 weekly intervals.
Are there any additional costs?
Once you have paid your administration fee of £29.99 , there are no further costs related to your Consumer Protection Document Check. Thereafter any legal fees related to any potential claims for refunds, compensation and or damages will be charged directly to your lender, on a No Win, No fee basis.
